We visited the Mystic Aquarium one Sunday. We thought it would be fun for the kids, but we had an ulterior motive----to eat lunch at Five Guys! It was there that Campbell learned to drink out of a straw!
After the crazy hot month of July, we've had beautiful weather in August. We've been able to eat dinner on the back deck quite a bit:

We bought the boys their first lacrosse sticks. Fisher's favorite color continues to be pink!

We finally caught the ice cream truck! It always comes during nap time.

And some boy style "relaxation," which involves the opposite of sitting still and quiet in one spot---they're like Mexican jumping beans! I didn't include the picture of the girls on the other couch actually sitting quietly. I sure hope Campbell is in the latter group and doesn't take after her brothers! :)
As an update on Hayes' teeth, he is getting one of his 6 year molars (#30 to be precise).
