Yesterday, we trekked to Kansas City to pick up our crib bedding. It felt glorious to get out of the house for something other than a doctor's appointment! Don't worry---all I did was ride in the car and then Kyle allowed me to browse in the store for about 15 minutes. Nothing too strenuous! And once we got home, we washed the bedding and put it all on the crib. Now, all we need to finish the nursery are the curtains, wall decorations, and well, the Baby!
And for any of you skeptics out there---proof positive of our sweet-natured, loving cat, Puddy. She LOVES to snuggle on the couch with me, especially when there's a blanket involved.
We also watched our KU Jayhawks beat Texas A&M to clinch at least a share of the Big 12 Conference title. Next, on to the Big 12 Tournament, then the NCAA Tournament. Go Jayhawks!

YEAH!! It look awesome and I'm sure baby Pyle will absolutely love it! Puddy looks pretty cozy in the rocking chair, too. Just a few more weeks to go. Hang in there!
