Hayes is officially a "bad seed." He was kicked out of his first daycare. After three days. Because he wanted to be held. A reminder----he's 4 and a half months old. We're not quite sure what the daycare provider had in mind when she agreed to keep Hayes, but the reality that he would not lay in a crib or sit in a bouncer all day long was more than she bargained for. What a crackhead. We wouldn't want Hayes to stay with that kook any more anyway. So, Kyle has been staying home with the little troublemaker for the past several days. He will be starting another, more reputable daycare on Aug. 18. Yesterday, they came to visit me at work and we went out to lunch with some of my coworkers. Hayes got in the dental chair for the first time ever and had his Week 20 picture taken.
We've stayed pretty busy keeping the house ridiculously clean, ready for a showing at any time. Our first open house was last Saturday. I baked cookies and everything! The house looked and smelled great, but it was raining. I was so upset and expected absolutely no one to show up. We got lucky and had two groups through, though. And, we've since had two more showings and one scheduled for tomorrow. Hopefully, someone will like our house as much as we did and will put in an offer.
Here are a few pics from the week:

I canNOT believe that crazy day care lady...Thank goodness he will be going somewhere else! OH, Hayes, you are always causing trouble...yea right...he is the most easy going kiddo ever. She must have been nutty. Let me know how the new place goes next week. Today was Taylor's first day at SS and it went great! I had a very rough morning though=(
Have you thought about reform school for Hayes? I think that the state could do wonders instilling a little discipline in him and teaching him some of the cold hard realities of the real world. (My previuos Miyagi Dojo comments could also work well here) I mean he's five months old; time to cut the fliippin cord already! On a more sympathetic note, I hope he does well at his new day care and he gets the attention he deserves. I mean look at him. How could you not want to hold him? Cindy, Kellen and I can't wait to meet him.
