This week, Campbell is starting to get a little frustrated at not being able to move how/where she wants. She pivots around and leans waaaayyyyy over to reach for things. She either pulls back to her sitting position or falls over onto her belly. She's not quite strong enough to stay on her knees, so no crawling in the near future (phew, I wipe my brow). Her upper front tooth also broke the skin, with only a minimum of fussing, thank goodness. Lastly, she is "talking" more, saying "bababa, dadada, mamama." Campbell continues to be a happy girl!
In other news, Fisher is finally mastering his colors, though he still has trouble with a couple. Hayes is doing well with some sight words and uses letter sounds to help spell words. His teachers say he's "kindergarten ready."
It was mild enough (40 degrees) today for us all to head outside and make our first snowman of the season. We had a good time and it was nice not to be cooped up inside all day!Hayes colored an outline of himself:
Sweet rosy cheeks:
I was trying to get a shot of Campbell's newly erupted tooth. Instead, I got this... This is one of those pictures that I should have deleted immediately, but decided to use to embarrass her later in life (like a good mom...).
