Happy Halloween!!!/ 19 Months

We took Hayes' 19 month picture today (1 week late--oops!) on the front porch with our collection of pumpkins. He is such a little ham lately. He loves to be tickled and to be chased. He runs away shrieking with laughter and a tiny bit of terror. When we tickle him, he says, "Mama (or Dada) TEE-kle." He has learned to cross his fingers and walks around with them crossed. He still doesn't eat a whole lot, but we're trying... He has a new book that his Grandmomma and Grandaddy brought him called, "But Not The Hippopotamus." Hayes pronounces it, "hee-po-pa-mee"---too cute!
We were so excited to take Hayes trick-or-treating tonight. Here is our little dragon before trekking out for some candy:

Walking to the neighbors' house:

Hayes made himself right at home in another neighbors' house. He walked right in and closed the door behind him! To be fair, we had gone over to their house earlier in the day to take them some Halloween cupcakes, so he was pretty comfortable there (obviously).

He needed a lift after the first few houses:

Happy Halloween!!!

Hayes had a Halloween parade/party at "school" yesterday. Here he is with two of his friends (who he talks about by name all the time):
