That's right, Hayes turned into a pumpkin!
Just kidding! Here's the real week 28 picture. This week, Hayes has become very interested in reaching for things. It was all we could do to keep him from stealing the blocks over and over again!
Sunday, we made our annual trip to the local pumpkin patch. This year was much more fun being able to take Hayes with us. We had a difficult time getting pictures of him smiling and looking at the camera because he was so focused on everything going on around us. He is so aware of his surroundings now!
Check out the lettering on the wagon that Hayes is in...
We picked a daddy, a mommy, and a baby pumpkin (yes, it makes me want to barf, too!)
In other news, Hayes finished up daycare. Just when Hayes was getting used to the routine and everyone at the daycare, we're up and moving! Unlike our first 3-day daycare experience, the last one was a great one (except for the endless stuffy noses). The staff at Princeton was sad to see him go! And I'm sure he'll miss the constant stimulation now that he's home with boring ol' me for the next few months.
I also made a whirlwind trip to Connecticut to look for a place to live. I flew out last Tuesday and back the next day. I hooked up with a great realtor (Alyson), who was nice enough to show me several rental houses. I settled on one and we're now waiting for all the paperwork to go through. Once we have things finalized, I'll let you know our next address.
Here are some other random pics from the week:
Here is Hayes doing a little "belly" laughing:

Ok, the turning into a pumpkin thing was too funny! Very cute! It's definitely pumpkin season! That was 3 exclamation points in a row!
LOVE the belly laughs! Luke and I were laughing out loud with him! Taylor is so sad she had to stand Hayes up last night but she didn't want to make him sicky=( We need to get together soon. I will let you know when the doctor gives us the clear!
