This morning we went back to the fertility clinic for hopefully the last time. We had our second ultrasound (above) and the doctor said everything looks great! The little peanut has grown from 9 mm to 22.1 mm in two weeks. You can start to see the arm buds and we even saw the fingers, though you can't see them in this photo. The heartbeat is now 168 bpm. The doc says that we should go by the due date calculated from conception instead of how big it's measuring, so we are 9 weeks and 2 days along. I'm still feeling fine--just seem to be hungry all the time. Now, we are released from the Reproductive Resource Center (which has been terrific, by the way) and are able to go back to our regular OB. Our next appt. is in two weeks. Please continue to keep your fingers crossed for us!

That's great news! Chris and I are really happy for you guys. Sounds like the little booger is growing like a weed! For me, each day is getting a little better. I think it will help me to get back to work on Monday, or at least it will make the time go by faster until Chris gets back with the kids. I was elated to hear that the cats missed Chris and were very happy to see him. I'm glad that they didn't forget about us. Anyway, remember that you are carrying our little neice or nephew in your belly, so PLEASE keep us posted on how things go!
