Christmas #2 in Greenville

We spent several days after Christmas in Greenville with Kyle's family. We were joined by Kyle's parents, Butch and Betty (of course), Kyle's brother Kevin, Kyle's Grandmother Dora, and Kyle's brother Casey with his wife, Gillian, and daughter, Lilah. We were even joined one day by Kyle's uncle David. We had a great time and had our second Christmas celebration. Here are Hayes and Lilah (who are only 2 1/2 months apart in age) in their matching Christmas outfits made by Betty:

Isn't Lilah just beautiful? I can't believe she'll be 2 in a couple more days!

Lilah was nice enough to share her new baby stroller with Hayes:

Lilah getting ready to open presents:

One of the most exciting presents was this wrapped box, that when propped up, doubled as a slide. They climbed up and slid down a hundred times!

Betty made us all these fabulous aprons. Hayes and Lilah are modelling theirs:
Granddaddy Butch can knit! He's made many blankets, one of which we cuddle up with on our couch at home. This year, he made Hayes and Lilah their very own knit hats. Here is Hayes wearing his new hat:

This picture doesn't show the gift very well, but this is one of the most interesting that Hayes received. His Uncle Kevin got him a fake CHAINSAW! I have a feeling that this present will be a hit with Hayes now and over the next several years. All I have to say is that Kevin better watch out when he has kids of his own! (drum sets, BB guns, dart boards, etc...)

Thank you so very much to all of Kyle's family. We had a terrific second Christmas!
