Week 35/ East Coast Trip Part II

This week's picture is shared with Hayes' cousin, Kellen. My brother, Chris, and his wife, Cindy, flew all the way from Japan (where Cindy is stationed with the Navy) with their 5 month old son, Kellen, back to the US for Thanksgiving. This is most of our family's first meeting of Kellen. I think he and Hayes will get into lots of mischief together in the future...

Our week began with our trip down the coast--staying in Virginia first and then North Carolina (as discussed in the part one posting). We then drove home to Charleston to see everyone---it's been a blast so far but a little crazy with an eight-year old (Dawn), a three-year old (Dailyn), and two babies. It's strange to think that just a few short years ago, our family gatherings had no children!

Here are a few pics of us visiting a Native American Festival in Raleigh with Casey, Gillian, and Lilah. The babies liked the colorful costumes and liked being snuggled up warmly in their strollers even better.Kellen and Hayes playing together yet separately:First thing in the morning---Chris and Kellen:

Yesterday, we all went to have some family pictures taken at Portrait Innovations. As crazy as it could have been with fourteen of us, the staff made it as painless as possible and we got some really great photos. Here are a couple:
