Week 46/ Fisher's 3rd Birthday

Our Campbell is getting into everything!  She is very interested in what her brothers are doing and playing with.  Her favorite thing to get into (not literally) is the dishwasher.  She now has 7 teeth and an 8th is not far on the horizon.  She is eating whatever we put in front of her except lima beans, peas, and cold fruit (she has no problem with it if it's room temp).  Campbell will stand up unassisted and then sit back down again or fall into our arms--she is close to walking!  Uh oh, then we're done for!

For this week's picture, Campbell is posing in her "Cutiesaurus" shirt, picked out especially for Fisher's "Dinosaur Train" themed birthday party.  Pics from the party to follow.
Happy 3rd birthday to our sweet, cuddly, independent, stubborn, goofy little peanut!
Fisher woke up to a balloon "3" on the wall:
And got to go to a special breakfast with just Mommy and Daddy, where he picked out "pink milk" and a candy pancake with LOTS of "cold cream" (whipped cream) on top:
His special birthday dessert, a Krispy Kreme Donut:
Opening some of his presents with his "helpers" nearby. He opened a few and then was so enthralled with the Berenstain Bears book that he had Kyle unwrap his presents for him!

Playing with the new Arnie, the  blue argentinosaurus, and all the other characters from Dinosaur Train:

Drooly baby with fuzzy hair:
The boys reading one of Fisher's new books together one evening:
Guess who came to visit?!?! Grandmama and Grandaddy!  Tickle fest on the first night:
We had Fisher's birthday party at the CT Trolley Museum and invited his friends from school.  Here are Fisher (in his "Fisherasaurus" shirt) and Hayes with their dinosaur masks:
The party was held inside an old dining car:

We did a couple art projects with the kids: fingerprint art bookmarks for Mother's Day gifts and painting plaster dinosaurs:
Then the kids got to ride a trolley car and ring the bell:
Riding:
Fisher plugged his ears the ENTIRE ride because he didn't like how loud it was:
Kyle rang the bell for Fisher because he wouldn't take his fingers out of his ears long enough to do it:

Eating lunch after the trolley ride (We made Fisher's favorite food, mac n cheese, which he ate a total of zero bites of):
Whenever we asked Fisher what he wanted for his birthday, he answered, "pink cupcakes."  Pink is his favorite color these days.  While the rest of the kids ate green cupcakes to match the theme, Fisher had his own special pink cupcake!

Favor boxes:

All the kids, even Campbell, are enthralled with Grandmama and Grandaddy's ipads:

Indoor jungle gym in the shape of a Grandaddy---what a good sport!
